The spacious living room with its comfortable sofa invites you to relax at any time. And if you miss the news or your favourite sports, your satellite TV channels are ready — just like at home.

A quiet moment with a good book?

In the soft light of the lobby, a sofa beneath the lamp invites you to slow down and read. You’re just far enough from the laughter in the living and dining rooms to find your peace — yet still within its warmth. When the air turns cool, the crackling fire in the old ceramic stove adds its gentle rhythm.

The heart of the villa — the Bellini Suite

For those who wish to enjoy the main living space of the villa — with its kitchen, dining room, and lounge — but don’t need all 14 beds, the Bellini Suite is the perfect choice. Two elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer comfort, privacy, and the true spirit of Villa da Eva.

A stylish bathroom with both bath and shower adjoins the upper bedroom of the Bellini Suite — offering comfort and a glimpse of the landscape beyond.

The entrance hall leads to the second bedroom on the ground floor. This has a separate entrance with a terrace that is connected to the garden.

Stylish suite for up to eight guests.

The spacious da Vinci Suite is perfect for a larger family or a group of friends. A generous master bedroom for four is separated by a cozy lounge from two double bedrooms. The suite also includes a living room, a kitchen with dining area, and a private terrace shaded by wisteria — perfect for slow Italian mornings or long evenings together

Master bedroom

Spacious and elegantly designed, this master bedroom is a luxurious retreat for two — with enough space to accommodate children if you wish. It connects directly to a private bathroom with bath, sink, toilet, and bidet, and is reached by stairs from the upper living room.

The room is decorated with an original painting by Miloš Reindl.

Cosy two bedrooms with a wonderful view

Wooden beams and terracotta

These two stylish bedrooms on the other side of the da Vinci suite share a spacious bathroom and are in the same hallway - not far apart. So they're perfect for a second family with kids, or two other pairs of friends.

If you decide to open the wooden Persians in the morning and let the sun into the bedroom, you will be enchanted by the view of the garden and the valley.

Where conversations never end

The upper living room is perfect for relaxed evenings — a place for games, a movie, or quiet conversation. When you have the whole villa to yourself, it becomes a second hub for family moments — perhaps for the children, while you enjoy time downstairs.

Need a moment to work?

If you need to check a few emails or make sure everything runs smoothly back at the office, your desk is ready — complete with an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse. High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mb+) is, of course, included.

Cooking, sharing, and enjoying together

Your culinary workshop

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook with ease and joy. The dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests — but most meals are best enjoyed on your private terrace, shaded by wisteria and filled with the scent of Italian days.

Romantic bunk suite for two

Reached from a private terrace with garden seating and a barbecue, this cozy suite is made for two. Upstairs, a bedroom with a traditional terracotta ceiling and a bathroom with shower and toilet offer comfort and charm. From the terrace and windows, enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Cooking or restaurant?

The kitchen lets you prepare whatever you like, or you can grill on the terrace and dine in the shade. And if you’d rather eat out, there are excellent restaurants nearby — we’ll be happy to recommend a few.
