stone Villa da Eva from 1790

Experience an unforgettable atmosphere where ancient story meets present-day comfort
Dating back to 1790, this ancient stone villa is a great base not only for visiting Italy's world-famous cities, but also for exploring the many smaller villages and towns in the area.
Many of them didn't make it into the "Italy guidebooks", so this is where you'll experience the real Italy, away from the tourists.

"Beautiful villa full of great energy. I admire the style and attention to detail with which Monika and Jiří have breathed new life into this unique residence."
Where the worries of everyday life find no place

Your space
The villa offers six bedrooms (14 beds), five bathrooms, two living rooms, a spacious dining room, and three kitchens. Depending on your group size, you can enjoy the entire villa or just your private suite. The house is divided into three independent zones, each with its own entrance and terrace. Every suite features a kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom.

The thick stone walls keep the villa pleasantly cool even during the hottest summer months. All bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Swimming with a view

The 10 x 5 metre saltwater pool offers a refreshing oasis — with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape, even on the hottest days

From here, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley, with the Chapel of San Lorenzo gracing the horizon. It’s also the perfect starting point for a gentle walk — an inviting way to explore the surroundings for the first time.

From the market straight to the grill
Fish from the market tastes best on the grill — and in Città di Castello, fisherman Fabio always has the freshest catch on Thursdays and Saturdays. Add local vegetables, cheese, or salami, and a glass of wine from nearby vineyards for a true taste of Italy.
