Ticket prices are increasing and flight availability is deteriorating closer to the date. It is advantageous to purchase as early as possible (prices as of 5/5/2024). Price is with basic small carry-on luggage. It is possible to purchase a standard carry-on or large checked bag.

In case of flight delays, additional train connections are available at 20:57 or 21:27 from Bologna. It is advisable to purchase tickets after landing online via the Trainline mobile app (Moni and Eva know everything and will buy for everyone).

From the airport to Bologna station runs the Marconni Express - a comfortable fast train, every 15 min. Travel time 7,5 min. No need to buy tickets, just beep your card at the turnstile on entry and exit.

The price of the taxi is at a load of 4 people (55 EUR in total per trip). No need to book in advance from Arezzo to the villa. The taxi stops on the left side in front of the Arezzo train station building. The price works reliably using the taximeter. Pick up for the return journey needs to be booked the day before (Monika).

Car rental: Sicily by Car is a cost-effective company. E.g. PEUGOT NUOVA 208 for a FULL STAY 340 euros (85 euros/person for the whole week when renting 4 people). Also, advance booking on favorable terms, payment online.

It would be good to have spaces in the cars for everyone for local trips around the area. Our on-site car for 4 people is available. Eva will coordinate with Moni.
